Directions for use:
Liquid eyeliner:
1. Open the tip of the liquid eyeliner and wipe off any excess product on the brush.
2. Start by drawing your line from the outer corner of the eye to halfway down the eyelid.
3. Continue the line from the inner corner of the eye outward and connect the two lines in the middle of the eyelid, making sure to fill in any gaps.
4. Let it dry for about 60 seconds, depending on the thickness of the line. The thicker the line, the longer it will take to dry.

Pencil eyeliner:
1. Finish your makeup, or apply along the lash line or eyelid for an even more dramatic effect.
2. Its formula allows you to work it until the desired result before it dries.
